The story of Pokemon Gamma Emerald takes place in the vibrant Hoenn region, where players will play as a young Pokemon trainer who has just moved to Littleroot Town. In this world full of wonders and challenges, you will choose one Pokemon as your initial partner from the starters: Treecko, Torchic, or Mudkip, beginning an unforgettable adventure.

The Hoenn region is facing serious environmental challenges, with two mysterious organizations—Team Magma and Team Aqua—attempting to awaken the legendary Pokemon Groudon and Kyogre to expand the land or ocean.
